"The new WorldWatch Report is clean, sophisticated and modern – just what we wanted. The aggregation engine developed for the site by Imagine 360 enables us to provide our readers with real-time news and videos, making the site timely and interactive. The Imagine 360 Team was extremely creative with their approach and they did an amazing job!"

Challenge
The existing WorldWatch Report website was static and simply hosted the articles from the
newsletter. In order to convert WorldWatch into an interactive news and resource portal, the
actual product had to be redefined and reshaped.
Approach
Our first step was to rebrand WorldWatch Report with a more modern look and feel. Our process began with competitive research, then a logo redesign, new product definitions and updated messaging.
With the new brand in place, we dove into product development, restructuring WorldWatch Report to incorporate interactive elements such as continuously streaming real-time news and videos, market data, and educational resources.
Our next step was to design the actual website. Our goal was to design a dynamic yet easy to navigate website with a clean, sophisticated and modern look.
Once the design phase was complete, we began building the actual site. The website development included the creation of an aggregation engine to compile and filter targeted real-time news and videos and integration with an open source content management system for easy updates. Last but not least, we linked up FGI Finance’s CRM database with their ESP database to synchronize on a daily basis via API.
With everything in place, we then designed the monthly e-newsletter and the launch email. They were both designed to incorporate elements from the site and be mobile friendly.
Results
WorldWatch Report was successfully launched on July 1, 2010 to over 14,000 subscribers. Since the launch, traffic to the website has increased by 25% and subscriptions have increased by over 50%.
