StreamSend, a web-based email marketing suite, hired Imagine 360 to develop their marketing campaign. The objective was to increase the conversion rate of the number of people upgrading from a free trial to a paid account.
Challenge
In order to increase the StreamSend trial- to-paid conversion rate, Imagine 360 had to make sure that prospects were actually using their trial subscription.
Approach
Imagine 360 created a trigger-based e-mail trial and conversion series to communicate with StreamSend prospects during their trial and after it expired. The messages each prospect received was determined by whether or not they had already used their StreamSend trial.
Result
This trial and conversion series increased the trial-to-paid conversion rate by 7%. StreamSend was so pleased with the results that they hired Imagine 360 as their agency of record. They have been creating and implementing marketing strategies for StreamSend for the past three years.
